By downloading, accessing, or playing Chibi Colosseum (“the Game”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Use of the Game

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game except where allowed by law.
• Use cheats, bots, automation tools, exploits, or unauthorized software.
• Abuse bugs, unintended systems, or errors for unfair advantage.
• Use the Game in any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent way.
• Interfere with the operation, stability, or security of the Game or related services.

2. Accounts

• You may be able to play as a guest or sign in using supported account systems.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of any linked account you use.
• Guest accounts, anonymous accounts, or unlinked accounts may have limited recoverability depending on the services used by the Game.
• We are not responsible for lost access caused by third-party account issues, device loss, user error, or failure to link or preserve account access.

3. Game Data and Progress

• Your game progress may be stored locally, online, or both depending on enabled features.
• We do not guarantee that saved progress will never be lost, corrupted, reset, overwritten, or become unavailable.
• If multiple save sources exist, such as local and cloud save data, the Game may require you to choose which save data to use or keep.
• We may make balancing, technical, or design changes that affect progression, items, stats, economy, systems, or saved data.

4. Optional Advertisements and Rewards

Chibi Colosseum may include optional rewarded advertisements. These advertisements are voluntary and are not required to continue normal play.

• You may choose whether to watch a rewarded ad when such an option is offered.
• In-game rewards tied to rewarded ads are granted only when the ad is successfully completed and the reward conditions are met.
• Rewarded ads, rewards, reward values, reward frequency, and availability may change, be limited, be suspended, or be removed at any time.
• We do not guarantee that rewarded ads will always be available, load successfully, or be offered to every player at all times.
• Technical issues, third-party ad availability, region, device compatibility, account state, or legal requirements may affect whether ads are shown or rewards are granted.

5. Virtual Currency, Items, and Gameplay Benefits

• The Game may include virtual currency, items, upgrades, rerolls, rewards, and other gameplay-related benefits.
• These have no real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• We may add, modify, rebalance, limit, replace, or remove gameplay systems, item values, currencies, and rewards at any time.
• Optional ad-based rewards are part of the Game experience and may be adjusted for balancing, fairness, economy health, or technical reasons.

6. Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time, with or without notice. This includes gameplay systems, online features, saves, items, balance, account features, rewarded ads, and monetization systems.

7. Availability

We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device, platform, operating system version, or network condition.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in Chibi Colosseum, including but not limited to game systems, code, artwork, text, logos, music, interface elements, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Termination or Restriction

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Game or certain features if you violate these Terms, abuse the Game, interfere with services, exploit bugs, or negatively affect the experience of other players.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of progress, loss of access, ad reward issues, monetization issues, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Game.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local law.
